Thought PIll #2; These words are going into rage, it’ll stampede from my mouth to your heart.

Posted on

One thing that bothers me most is night thoughts. I have this thing where I just wake up in the middle of a slumber, and just think of things that I don’t normally think off. It really depends on what mood I am on the week. This isn’t a daily thing, from the last account, I’d say that the frequency of this happenings is around once a week.

What I’m thinking today is about how I’d tell someone I like how I feel. I won’t give out any details, since some people already know who she is, and I guess, it’d be respectful to keep her name in anonymity. I haven’t told her how I feel yet, or I think she gets it. I really don’t know, I haven’t really asked, and I’m scared of doing so. I don’t know why, but I have this rational fear of rejection. Call me proud or anything, I’ve been that way for as long as I can remember, and it was in my teens.

I get this feeling where I just want to pour out every single word that I think is perfect for her. I feel like my throat contains wild animals that’ll stampede out of my mouth and go straight to your heart. Hopefully, they’d get you like cupid’s arrow got me.

It’s amazing how long I’ve been keeping this under lock and key, I am very open to the people I like, but this time is different, maybe it’s because she’s so very dear to me, that risking to lose her would devastate me. It’d ruin me for half of my life. Sometimes, I want to take a chance, shoot a bullet blinded, just to see if i’d hit, but still my conscience thinks otherwise.

These thoughts are much to bear, and half of them is about her at the moment and it hurts my head, in a good way.

College Tips

Posted on Updated on

dsfsdf

Pumasok sa first day

Pumasok sa first day.

Mas magandang gawin to sa first-second day of class.

*Not Recommended, be consistent* humakot sa Prelim at Midterm

Don’t go out on an empty  stomach. Eat like a King/Queen!

Maraming maaarte diyan. Ito ang iyong dalihin bago pa dumating ang first day niyo para naman ma-reassure kayo na wala na kayong gagawin pang iba kundi mag-aral.

  1. 1 x 1 and 2 x 2 pictures
  2. Index cards, Plain
  4. Folder
  5. Yellow pad

Magtanong-tanong sa mga old students

“As you grow old, you’ll grow wiser” ika nga. Itanong sa mga lumang estudyante ng iyong college/university yung mga do’s and don’ts ng ibang professor, as well as kung sinong magandang kunin na prof. take note, kung gusto niyo na talagang mahasa kayo, tanungin niyo kung sino yung magaling na prof, hindi yung medali kayong ipapasa. Your future depends on them.

Be Money Conscious

Maraming nangyayari. Ienjoy niyo, with a hint of sipag narin.

Online PDA

Posted on Updated on

OPDA, or Online Public Display of Affection  is the act of displaying intimacy in social networking sites. PDA in the Philippines is an act that is not looked upon by others because they feel that some things are better off as private. The acts being displayed becomes wildly intimate that younger civilians can re-enact these things. With the help of social networking sites, such as facebook, twitter, instagram, we can take PDA to a whole ‘nother level. We can show it by posting intimate things where everyone can see it.

The whole point is to show your love for one another, but when is it getting old? When is it not acceptable. Are there going to be fatal consequences?

When is it acceptable?

When the passion is subtle. There’s no much tongue action or anything like that. You can be with the one you love with an acceptable position. There can be a peck on the cheek, or a peck on the lips.

Text posts?

Yes. there can be public display of love notes. It’s okay, but keep it subtle and keep it brief. Keep the inside jokes to yourself. Keep everything concise. You can tell her how much you love her/him by privately messaging. Why show it to your friends. By some point, some of ’em will get sick of it. There are some things that are better kept with yourselves.

Note: Tagging them in every love quote that you post every damn 15 minutes is not cute. It gets old. It gets annoying. It gets you blocked.

in general. not too intimate, passionate, and make it subtle.some people won’t like having mushy things on their timelines/newsfeeds/dashboards. We also want to respect the little ones on some social networking sites. They are not prepared to read any of those yet. They’d have these questions in their heads.

it’s netiquette. it’s how we must act on the net.

Thought Pill – Relationship and Bad Advices for kids!

Posted on

This is simply pathetic. I hate being told that men don’t take women seriously, specially in relationships, with the factor that the one that told me is a girl who had one wrong relationship, then suddenly, you’re generalizing a billion men in this god-forsaken world. Not every guy you meet is a dousche. I blame personal experiences and locking them up. I blame the media for portraying jocks as alphas in the school. I blame the system for telling us who or not to date. I hate how people generalize the populi with one sample. I hate it.

It’s weird because some women know that some men they like are complete assholes and they think that they’re their prince charming, or they can change them, where in fact the guy doesn’t give a shit and a half about the girl, leaving her crying, and some people would just tell her that, “You can change him, just give him time” where in fact, the guy is probably getting it down with someone in the bar, having sex on a remote area.

It’d probably start back when you were in pre-school, your teacher would notice a boy picking on you, and she’ll tell you, “If a boy picks on you, he likes you” well that’s completely wrong. If the pre-school teacher knows better, he’ll tell the boy, “If you like her, you’d need to be friendly to her, just to let her know that you like her” and in the end you’ll ask yourself, why’d you gave the principles of dating to children. But nevertheless, the saying goes. I hope pre-school teachers tell this to their class. “If you like someone, be friendly, be nice, be friends” not “If a boy hurts you, he might like you” crap that’s been passed on to generations.

Stop generalizing men with one variable. Even in Statistics, you can never conclude anything with a small sample that doesn’t coincide or doesn’t even have a bite on a population. It’s plain idiotic.

Would you want your future children to hurt people just to tell people they like them. No! No one wants that. They better straighten them out.

As for the boys who think that their perfect girl is out of reach, then reach for them, hommies. try to be in the same wavelength, I did say that I hated the system, but you can never beat it. Be the one you want your partner to become, just to get the best of both worlds. It’s a win-win.

For the girls who are itching to know if a boy likes him, look how he reacts, how he wants to spend time with you, how he constantly wants to talk to you inspite of his busy schedule. Always put this in consideration. Boys aren’t the type who wades around texting or calling if they think it’s not as important as video games or carshows, or food.

For the guys who are complete douches. Have you ever seen reality TV shows about rednecks battling it out? Yeah– You can be like that.

For the girls who have suitors that they don’t like. It’s better to put them down if you really think that he’s not for you. It’s better to let him go and let him know that it’s not gonna work out so he can see other people, than letting him hope and taking out the opportunity to see his real partner in life.

For the secretly gay kids. Your rights are being fought for, as far as everybody is concerned, we are all equal in the eyes of the god you believe in. You deserve love and love is what you will get. If you have a bad time telling your parents you are gay, you are wasting your time being who you really are. Tell them that, that is what you are and what you want to be. The people who mock you are the people who know less. Wanna know why? Because we laugh at things we don’t understand. Why? to take the burden away.

To the people who are heartbroken, you’re not alone, you will never be alone. Love is infinite. Love is universal. Love is a circle that keeps coming back to point A. You’ll find that special someone, eventually.

To the people who are currently stopping an addiction, congratulations, you made it through without breaking down. Someone out there is currently proud of your accomplishment. You should be proud. You’ll be a story, an inspiration to a hundred.

Respect.

Posted on

Respect is defined as a positive feeling of esteem or deference for a person or other entity (wikipedia circa 2013) as much as it pains me to tell the reality that respect has been redefined into many aspects of life, it’s losing its meaning in the modern era. The saying, “You can’t please everybody” is taken to deeply, that the world has become a place of unrequited pride, the smelly bulk of false beliefs, the hate of an era has been fumigating. It’s suffocating the masses. The jealousy and heresy. Why can’t we love? Still, we know how to hate as much. Sometimes, people think it’s good to talk about other people, backstabbing them, knowing that, “Hey, what he doesn’t know won’t kill him”  which is completely wrong, completely egotistic, and completely one-sided.

Even the saying, “You won’t get rich if you talk about people” is rotting away. You can get rich by talking about other people, that’s called show business, that’s called gossip. That’s how journalist sell. The attention span of people nowadays won’t seclude to just the environment. They need to know how others are doing. They want to know if they’re doing something wrong. They want to know if they’re more successful than others. If they see that they’re a bit behind, God only know what kind of things you’ll say to the person above you. It’s not good, it was never good. No one wants to be last.

The respect for boy to girl and vice versa. As a child, we were thought that boys should be corteous to the girls, but for what cause? Girls doesn’t want to be called fragile. Feminism is highly considered. So why should we, boys, be courteous. I’ll tell you why. They are the very foundation of the world. They will bear us the children of whom might save the generation. They are the life of a family. If the family was a tree, the woman would be the trunk and the branches, the men would be the roots, and the leaves and fruits would be the children. The more you take care of the woman, the more you respect her, the more she’ll give, the more she’ll give you. Give her 50%, she’ll give you a 100%. that’s how nature works. That’s how karma works.

Now, where am I getting at? Respect is so much sweeter if it reciprocates. No one should pout anyone down or disrespect anyone at any cost. It’s just plain pathetic. Why would you want to destroy someone? if it’s personal matters, you’re killing yourself. You’re killing yourself with the hate, letting your soul suffocate with the unneeded energy you’re putting on babbling about someone you hate. If you hate someone, just tell him/her and cut her off your life.

Cyber-bullying, a predicament

Posted on

Cyber bullying, defined as the harassment to a person via social media networks.  It is an outgrowing problem that is being monitored by officials. Cyber bullying affects everyone. No one is safe from it.

Why the need for Cyber-bullying?

It’s not beneficial. It’s not gonna give you any more money than you do now. if you’re a blogger just like I am, you’ll earn just as much, and receive death threats in return. Karma.

Ofcourse, we’re going to tackle the freedom of speech and the freedom of the media. the bounds of social media sites. Don’t get the social media wrong, they’re trying their best to pursue a peaceful website. Have you read the policies or rules of your frequently used social media site yet? They have a clause that tackles cyber-bullying or the lashing out of anyone that contains harmful information that can either destroy one person can be sent to jail and their profile remove. It’s not that much, but it’s a start.

We can never resist the temptation to judge. In our own little way, we judge people. We judge by their appearance, their financial status, their smile, everything that one eagle eye can see. we judge simply because one doesn’t fit the tee of our amusement or doesn’t fit our likeness. It’s human intervention. It’s how us humans feel better when something you don’t like starts showing up. The feeling that you dominated something.

Several cases of cyberbullying ended up with bleach drinking (If you are not aware, Amanda Todd drank bleach after she showed her nipples and it surrounded the internet) suicide, homicide, everything that you can imagine. It’s not their fault. Who just sits there being happy and then saying, “Oh, I think I’d have a cup of bleach today” They are scarred, they are ruined, they are being treated oddly for some reason, and some of the reason came from the internet.

Imagine this. Have you watched America’s Got Talent? or any talent show in general. usually you’ll have like 3 judges to 4 judges. Let’s say that you gave a bad performance, the judges aren’t the only one who are judging and giving opinions. There are “unheard” opinions which is given by the audience of the show. These are going to get way to social media sites, popularly, twitter and facebook.

Sometimes, even if you just want to give laughs around, you’ll still get looked down. Why? Because they don’t like it. if they don’t like it, then they’ll give out their opinion. As I said earlier, it’s human instincts. It’s how they want to dominate on something they don’t like. It’s something to comfort them.

Cyber-bullying is wrong, and a great way to start is, either don’ give out your opinions if you don’t want anyone to be hurt, or if you know someone is going to get hurt, try not to post anything at all. Keep it to yourself.
